A Cursed Ship’s Tale
04:33
|
|||
Splitting the waves
Of all seven seas
Going straight on
Its captain to please
A steady ol’ clipper
Fulfilling its duty
For the crew’s volition
On their quest for booty
Its crew always prospered
Their lives seemed all nice
But their success
Came with a price
REF
Forsaken planks of treasure
Cursing all its crews
Plenty of gold, no pleasure
They all drown in booze
Once a man set
A foot on the deck
His life was to end
As no more than a wreck
They robbed many ships
With freights of all kinds
As the curse drained their souls
And prisoned their minds
REF
Their victories were many
And so were their riches
The tonnage full of gold
Their bunks filled with bitches
But no wench and no toy
Could ever seize the pain
Treasure’s Bane took their joy
All their trouble was in vain

Quest For Booze
05:36
|
|||
We’ve been sober for too many days
No tasty beverages crossed our ways
We have to change that miserable state
There is absolutely no debate
We need Whisky! We need Rum!
We prefer it from the drum
We need Ouzo! We need Eau de Vie!
To compensate for the waving sea
REF
On a quest for booze we go
Our alcohol level is too low
Drunk is what we want to be
Only then, we will be free
Life at sea is very rough
Therefore, we have to drink enough
We can’t do this job with a clear head
We’ll stay groggy ‘till we’re dead
We need Bourbon! We need Scotch!
To pull us through the midnight watch
We need vodka! We need gin!
With them all battles we will win
REF
The hangover has to go away
Then we can enjoy our day
‘Cause there’s still no medication
Drinking on is the ambulation
We need Brandy! We need Cognac!
We drink back to back
We need Tequila! We need Mezcal!
We have to catch ‘em all!

Into The Storm
07:05
|
|||
Chased by Spanish ships
No chance to win a fight
They are catching up
And soon comes the night
A storm rages in the west
The sea demonstrates all its force
The only chance to escape
‘Captain orders to change the course
REF
Into the storm leads the trip
A torture for the ship
We beg for mercy from the sea
We will be dead or free
Waves are getting high
The wind shakes the masts
Water spills on deck
Increasingly the storm blasts
Furl the sails so the masts don’t break
Go under deck and begin to scull
Steer the ship against the waves
Pump the water out of the hull
REF
Suddenly, it gets silent
We reached the eye
The hope to survive fades
We get ready to die
Crew! Hold your positions!
There’s no time to get tired!
The second half is in front of us
Your reserves are now required
Dying is the day
Worth living for
We go back
Into the storm!
The Storm gets stronger
Waves hit from the side
The pumps are too slow
Too much water comes inside
‘Helmsman can’t hold the rudder
The sea floods the deck
Finally, it keels over
We all sink with the wreck

Surrender Or Die
04:27
|
|||
For weeks, we’ve been on sea
Looking for a prize
Finally, at the horizon
A mast begins to rise
We change the course
To pursue the prey
The distance gets smaller
The target turns away
But we can catch up
Prepared to fight
The cannons are loaded
Everyone is quiet
REF
The Black Flag we raise
We board that ship
Fear is in their eyes
They regret this trip
Your cargo we take
No matter what you try
So make no mistake
Surrender or die!
We sail abeam
For orders we wait
Our captain offers them
To choose their fate
But these dumb lobsters
Don’t want to retreat
‘Captain orders fire
Now they face defeat
REF
The battle was hard
They fought till death
Their captain begged for mercy
With his last breath
Now we will plunder
Their cargo hold
The success is great
It is full of gold
REF
Surrender or die!

Invisible Pineapples
05:09
|
|||
Invisible Pineapples!
Invisible Pineapples!
Invisible Pineapples!
Crush them all!
‘Came out of the tavern with the need to sleep
Under a shady tree, I fell in dreams so deep
I saw a beautiful wench swim to my boat
She demands something for her dry throat
My dirty mind knew only one answer
“You may sip out of my impressive tower”
She seemed unamused and punched my chin
I woke up with a headache what has this been?
Invisible Pineapples! On my head they did fall
Invisible Pineapples! Felt like a cannonball
Invisible Pineapples! It wasn’t the alcohol
Invisible Pineapples! Crush them all!
I was under deck and took a few swigs of rum
After a while I emptied a drum
The following events I cannot remember
My brain gave up on his labor
No clue what caused my memories to end
Not the rum, rum is my friend
The next recall was my pate hurting extremely
I think the crewmates threw something at me
Invisible Pineapples! Bastards, screw you all
Invisible Pineapples! Felt like a cannonball
Invisible Pineapples! It wasn’t the alcohol
Invisible Pineapples! Crush them all!
We were stranded on a benighted island
With wine I went away from the sand
into the jungle to a comfy place
With pleasure I poured the juice in my face
I fell asleep, woke up with monkeys ‘round
They stared at me and made a laughing sound
I realized that my head hurts again
Those beasts must have been guilty for my pain
Invisible Pineapples! Crucifyingly die they shall
Invisible Pineapples! Felt like a cannonball
Invisible Pineapples! It wasn’t the alcohol
Invisible Pineapples! Crush them all!
Invisible Pineapples! They will be keelhauled
Invisible Pineapples! Felt like a cannonball
Invisible Pineapples! It wasn’t the alcohol
Invisible Pineapples! Crush them all!
And the moral of the story is very simple for thee
Actually pineapples don’t grow on a tree

Kraken’s Chest
05:46
|
|||
Ahoy!
Far off the shore we stand
Long time not seen the land
Waiting, guns in hand
For the beast’s ascent
REF
´Captain screams to the stars
„Krakens chest shall be ours! “
Stabbed by the pirates blades
The Krakens life soon fades
The crews’ hands clenched around
Their cutlasses, blood drowned.
At midnight they hear
The infernal rising sound
REF
Sails and planks break ´part
Crushed by the monsters’ arms
„Crew! Man the Cannons! ”
„Shoot the demons heart! “

Paul The Parrot
03:36
|
|||
REF
Paul! Paul! Paul the parrot
Paul! Paul! Paul the parrot
Paul! Paul! Paul the parrot
He doesn’t ask for cracker
Paul! Paul! Paul the parrot
Paul! Paul! Paul the parrot
Paul! Paul! Paul the parrot
He screams for more liquor
This is the story of an unusual bird
Of one like this, you haven’t yet heard
On ‘captains shoulders since many years
There’s no storm or battle he fears
Tattooed feathering from head to tail
Every picture has its own tale
An eye-patch and a wooden leg
For mercy he would never beg
REF
Paul swears more than anyone aboard
because of him, we’ll never be bored
When we party, he is always here
And loves to drink a lot of beer
Rum drenched pineapple, his favorite food
If he does get none, he gets in a mad mood
Then in battle, he flies into frenzy
He sees our foes and goes crazy
REF
One day Paul flew away from his crew
Where he was gone, nobody knew
He returned with five females at his side
All gravid. He stood there with pride
The eggs hatched out some weeks later
Little birds cursing over the freighter
Now a whole swarm is on the ship
And supports us on every trip

Jack Rackham
03:22
|
|||
‘Started under Captain Vane
Obeying him didn’t fit me fine
Many times, he ordered retreat
In mutiny, he suffered defeat
Now good prizes were our own
Even a ship we captured from the crown
But while on land they took it back
And the pardon now led the track
Wind in my neck and the devil on my shoulders
Sailing the seas without obeying orders
Drinking all day and stealing your wife
Is all that matters in my way of life
Following the law was not sunny
I had an affair with Anne Bonny
We stole a sloop and we flew
Undetected Mary Read joined the crew
They sent out pirate hunters
We were caught by Barnets soldiers
The women fought without a doubt
While we were drunk and passed out
Wind in my neck and the devil on my shoulders
Sailing the seas without obeying orders
Drinking all day and stealing your wife
Is all that matters in my way of life
Here at the gallows I stay
So, this shall be my last day
I’m facing the reaper, yet
I have nothing to regret
The last thoughts of my life
Go out to my wife
And the kid that grows in her
I beg for mercy in a prayer
Wind in my neck and the devil on my shoulders
Sailing the seas without obeying orders
Drinking all day and stealing your wife
Was all that mattered in my way of life
Wind in my neck and the devil on my shoulders
Sailing the seas without obeying orders
Drinking all day and stealing your wife
Was all that mattered in my way of life

Kicking Flamingos
03:33
|
|||
REF
Kicking Flamingos
They feel our boots
Kicking Flamingos
Their damn caw mutes
Kicking Flamingos
We hate them all
Kicking Flamingos
They will all fall
So now we are on this island
A shipwreck brought us here
Tons of ship parts in the sand
We are out of rum and beer
Hungry and bored we’re laying around
This place seems uninhabited
Then we hear that annoying sound
Around the corner food and fun is ahead
REF
They try to escape without a fight
It's useless, so they meet their fate
But more are coming in the night
Their pink eyes are full of hate
Immediately we pick up boots and gun
We go into battle with laughter
To kick them is a lot of fun
And we have a feast thereafter

Davy Jones’ Locker
03:47
|
|||
On foreign seas, we’re now, far away from any land
We saw how the Kraken’s life was fading
And afterwards our captain was banned
To the end of the world, our crew is heading
To Davy Jones‘ Locker we sail
He took the captain to this place
“As payment for my pet’s life”
Jones yelled with anger in his face
But we cannot accept this
So, we’re on this insane route
The abyss comes in sight
We save him from this brute
REF
Over the edge of the world, we sail
We don’t know what we expect
This is so mad it cannot fail
For Davy Jones we have no respect
Our captain we take back
But a mystery is first in line
Solved, it shows us the track
To return with a green shine
Gliding isn’t a ship’s purpose
So, the landing wasn’t smooth
The mending roughly done
Our skills we have to proof
If we don’t know the way back
Before sunset, we will drown
‘Captain has an insane plan
“Turn the ship upside down”

Harpoons fly
Planks burst
And men die
Trapped by the beast
no chance to flee
Defend the ship
Rule the sea
Tentacle Explosion
Tentacle Explosion
Powder keg
Into throat
Entrails burst
On the boat
Take the remains
Marinate in rum
Let’s barbecue
And have fun

Loyal To None But Rum
04:38
|
|||
Loyal to none! None but rum!
Loyal to none! None but rum!
We want no queens
And no kings
Just stay away with laws
And such things
They are thousands of miles away
And that’s where they should stay
Come down from your golden throne
And fight your dumb wars alone
REF
Loyal to none, none but rum
Loyal to none, none but rum
We are living free
Just us and the sea
The duty is gone
Loyal to none
None but rum!
We want no priest
And no pope
We don’t need the Decalogue
And false hope
We don’t want to pay our gold
Just to be controlled
Stop your evangelization
We don’t believe in salvation
REF
We need a ship
And much rum
This way free people
We become
Let’s get aboard and set sail
We don’t fear death or jail
And if our last day has come
First give us a glass of rum

There’s a maledict place
Where all hell was let loose
Where the scum of all seas
Gathered for booze
Pirates! Scoundrels!
Brave Buccaneers!
Hold up your pints
And drink up your beers
A gallon of ale and one glass of rum
A bottle of whisky – let’s start the fun
A tankard of grog and a tankard of mead
A drum full of wine, now you’ll take the lead
A gallon of ale and one glass of rum
A bottle of whisky – let’s start the fun
A handful of shots and a bottle o’ champagne
If you can still stand, start all over again
No ordinary men
Could endure that many drinks
Or that is at least
What the world thinks
But I tell ye my friend
There’s a secret with ’em
One has to observe
And acquire their Rhythm

15. |

Once every year
Our heads filled with beer
When the tide is high
And the pirates say “Aye!”
Crews gather here
from all seven seas
To party together
Without boundaries
REF
The pints we rise
To the open skies
The fields are green
And the people unclean
We cry out to the crowd
And the crowd is loud
We screw and drink
Until we can’t think
A place full of wenches
pirates make ‘em drip
And their eyes tell me
They want my ship
The waiting’s end is nigh
At anchor we lie
Now tap some rum
And turn the sound up high
REF
The party is at peak
And sleep is for the weak
So, the boozing goes on
‘Till the night is gone
And on the third day
When it comes to an end
We all surely know
That we’ll come here again

The Undying Sailor
05:37
|
|||
There once was a sailor
His name's Nicky McJackey
His one purpose of life
Was to drink and be whacky
During life’s many days
He got fabulously skilled
No matter how much he sways
Drinks won't get him killed
But once upon a time
He looked at the wrong guy
He got into the wrong place
And saw a demonic face
The reaper offered the mate
To play deaths evil game
"You may lose and be slain!
Or maybe put death to shame!"
Ol' McJackey refused
And offered instead
To play a game of his own
Called "drink till one's dead"
The fierce reaper agreed
To McJackey's contest
Not knowing indeed
That he'll end up depressed
They did both drink a lot
But as it had to end
Death collapsed on the spot
Leaving Nicky to win
Outdrinking death
Is what old Nicky did
Death was ashamed
He ran away and hid
The reaper still lives
Comes out now and then
But ol’ Nicky McJackey
Never saw him again
